I have the same year and model as you do. The big difference is I only have about 60K miles on as I don't drive much. I had the same issues with misfires. Replacing the coil and plugs didn't help either. The mechanic said there was gunk build up in there so he flushed the fuel injection...

I had the same problem recently with my 2012 Sonic LS. The mechanic I hired did what you did and didn't have any luck so he flushed the fuel injectors and that seemed to help. He said cheap gas can have crud in it that builds up inside.
