    the auto is half your problem, they dont go as well as it is, plus the ac does rob a lot of power. i have the 1.8 with 5 spd stick. those are your best options reliability wise. least known issues.

    purge valve makes more noise than anything. louder clicking than injectors.

    the 1.8 is the better option for reliability, it leaks less and the pvc system is not as much of an issue. and as for the trans, the 5 speed stick has the least issues.

    old post i know, but if you look at your passenger side motor mount and its aluminum you have sport, if its black steel you dont. sounds funny i know but if you look up the parts on the gm site you will see the two options.

    polyurethane sway bar bushing

    i was told its a dealer part because its made to it, but it doesnt make sense as the sway bar should move up and down with the suspension.

    on my 2012 the bushing is molded to the sway bar. so the whole thing has to be replaced.

    my 2012 1.8l has this issue. its not a huge thing to fix but i have yet to do it, for the time being i either clean or replace the tank where it seems to collect. at least coolant doesnt get into the oil.
