Engine, trans, wiring harness, ECM, charge pipes, radiator, intercooler, down pipe, mid pipe, coolant lines, intake system, ect. Its not as easy as just throwing in a different engine and calling it done. As far as I know a 1.8 flywheel and clutch will bolt to a 1.4, but I have concerns about its holding ability since it was intended for a car that produces less torque. My guess is that you will be well over the $2k mark by the time you are actually done and have a properly running car that makes an extra 20 ft-lbs of torque compared to what you are starting with.
