2015 Sonic Touchscreen NOT working

Hey all, I am new on here. I have a 2015 Chevy Sonic sedan and the touchscreen stopped working. The steering wheel controls and the buttons below the stereo still work. How do I get the touchscreen working again so I can program stations and connect via bluetooth?

I haven't experienced that before, so don't have any specific insight, but I would suggest pulling the power connections to try and reset it in case it's a software issue.

Thank you. What i have tried already is pulling the car battery out, pulled the fuses, and disconnected the radio and left it unplugged over night and it still doesnt wipe out the stations or memory. Not sure how to draw out the power from the radio.
