Absolutely, we have done several Lemons races and several Chumpcar races and we will not do any more Lemons races. The Chumpcar races are much more about racing and not about the spectacle of it all, much more fun and you don't get pulled into the pits and forced to write on the hood if you go off course a little.

Lemons is great if you are not so much in to the racing, but more about the entertainment of it all, both of them are fun, but we just enjoy the racing aspect of it all, plus the Chumpcar full 24 hour race at VIR is one of the most fun things I have done, exhausting, but really fun.

I was at one at Gingerman a few years ago and have some friends that have run them, but have yet to run one myself due to school and money. The one I was at was a blast, and it seems like a ton of fun to race in too.

I ran LeMons years ago when the circuit was just getting started. It was more about racing then and a ton of fun. We ran in the first true 24 hour race at Flat Rock, MI.

im going to running a slow a** diesel chevette in 2 months at gingerman! should be a whole lot of fun.

I built and ran a 98 Saturn SC2 with some buddies at the year end race at PBIR two years ago... Best fun you can have on a budget behind the wheel of a car.

well just got back from racing the two slowest cars at lemons at Gingerman raceway, our team had a 82 diesel Chevette and a 80's diesel Izuzu Imark. both were same 1.6 57 hp engine and drivetrain, i held the fastest lap in the imark and 3rd fastest in the chevvette with 8 drivers on our team! we even managed to take home the highest award, the index of effluency, the award for biggest POS to finish the race !

Congrats. My friends ran a 97 Golf there, and got caught speeding through the pits. The cellphone video I received had one of them taped to the roof being paraded around with a megaphone apologizing.
