I'm willing to bet that the bulb just blew from getting hit so hopefully you won't need to buy a whole new setup. Mine have blown every time I hit road debris on the interstate.

I'm betting on the harness coming loose since the HID ballast down there took a beating from all the snow and ice this year

Yes, because this typically gives better results then sucking it up and NOT getting arrested and having to pay for their damage.

Beind that the car is black its easier for me to make it look good from far and a lil far but anyone walking by close will see that the bumper has damage and was touched up. To be honest I'm gonna leave it be now that I did what I could, know my luck something else will happen and I'll end up getting an RS bumper sometime down the rd and do the necessary mods to make her fit
