AC clutch will not engage

2017 Chevy sonic AC clutch will not engage in cooling or defrost.
I put refrigeration gauges on the system and there is refrigerant in the system. I swapped out the high beam relay for the compressor clutch relay and still nothing kicks in. I looked on the diagram in jumper around the relay and the compressor clutch kicks in and cools the car down just fine. Any ideas while the relay is not getting Power to energize the clutch.

I've got same issue have been trying to figure this one out for 2 years and is still a mystery too me I can only assume it's gonna be a sensor but I replaced pretty much all of them and ac/clutch took to chevy dealership asked them to diagnose it and that was 120 alone they said they would fix for 2 grand I said just tell me the issue they were very vague said that it was the evap sensor wich I knew wasn't the issue because that still didn't answer what I already knew wich was their was one fuse that wouldn't get power into the fuse block itself but ac clutch would get power if you jump the 12v batt into that fuse from else where anyways yeah went and bought the $30 piece they wanted 2gs to put in and guess what worthless so I just let em have that one im foolish for thinking they might actually try to figure the real problem without trying to do unnecessary things

Ohh also meant to mention the fact that my cooling fans will only engage in emergency mode high temp settings before they start cooling anything as well but my car never over heats they just do not activate or turn on when you start the car or run at low Temps only after driving a well so regardless even though it doesn't overheat I can't help but believe it is running unnecessarily hot

So my son told me the car had a check engine light come on for high temperature and he checked the coolant level found it was low and topped off the coolant then told me the A/C wasn’t working. When I found that out I disconnected the battery to reset any codes. Now the A/C is working great. I found a small coolant leak on the coolant thermostat. So I will need to watch both of them.
