AC Noise Issue

I own a 2015 Sonic Hatchback. I have had a high-pitched sound coming from the passenger side HVAC vent(s) for several years. I've replaced the blower motor, filter etc and nothing works. The sound occurs on both AC and heat and seems to correspond to the rate of the blower motor. I say that because you can hear the sound start to slow down as the blower motor slows down if you turn off the air. Video attached for reference. Turn your radio up louder ... lol

It may be the sound is being transmitted out of the vent via the plastic housing, if it is a motor sound not much you can do for that.
