ac won’t work

pin 30 on the ac clutch relay has no power even though the ac clutch fuse has 12v on both sides of the fuse. I am stumped how that can be someone help me out with this problem please.I even tried to jump pin 30 to pin 87 but the clutch still will not engage.

I guess we both having the same issue, have you tried the sensors?
*ambient temperature sensor(on bumper)
*engine temperature sensor (next to engine, right side)
I haven't been able to find out what's wrong with mine, but maybe it may be helpful for you
