is there a way to bump up rev limit in N or P?? like instead of 3500/4000 rpm can we put it up too 5000/ 5500?? or even 5500/6000???

Why would you even want to bump up the rev limiter for park or neutral?
Show off exhaust sound above 4000rpm. Its just a lil anoying when my friends auto integra can rev higher in park/neutral than me

Take solace in the fact that your friends engine will wear out faster. You can also blame your friend for the existence of this park/neutral rev limiter.
To answer your question a tune could change it. Most tuners won't adjust it since it would consume some of their time, open them up to liability, and do nothing to enhance the vehicle.
So that pretty much leaves a roll your own tune such as HPtuners as the only solution. Or a manual trans, I don't think they have an equivalent feature although I've never tried to confirm.

This thread has gone downhill fast, but here is the simplest solution.....grow up. No one needs to rev their engine in neutral/park. The end.

Somewhat dubious, and mostly untrue. Manufacturers add on a very generous safety zone to their rev-limited redlines. Unless immediate damage occurs (i.e. a rod or valve gets bent), longterm durability is unlikely to change at all.

Really doesn't matter when the fact is engines don't like spinning fast with no load on them.
Running WOT @ 6K in gear and running at 6K in neutral are two different things.
Also, any modern car I hear rev just makes me cringe. Its nothing like an old V8 revving with a good tuned carb. Snappy, revs up fast, drops down fast. Modern cars either can't do it, or aren't allowed to do it due to either wear or emissions. I'm guessing both. I love modern turbocharged engines, but do us a favor and keep them in gear when you open the throttle.

Why is your friend rev... scratch that... Why would you call somebody who free-revs an Integra your "friend"? Why are you trying to show off in a... why did you buy an automa...
I know how to fix your problem. Everything that you would normally do... do the opposite instead.
