Adanced Safety Package

How many people have the Advanced Safety Package. It appears to be a rare option. We got it with our Equinox and like it, but on the Sonic the display is a new top piece on the center stack and if you get this option, you don't have the little tray up there.

I figure if it saves you one crash, it will more than pay for itself. Do people who have this option like it, or wish they had the little tray at the top?

I find the little tray nearly useless, I only use it if I have to empty my pockets searching for something, and then everything goes back in the pockets ASAP. Stuff in the tray has a tendency to dance out and scatter across the cabin. I am surprised there are no aftermarket pieces being sold to mount various displays or a cell phone holder or something in there. Good to see that Chevy knows it isn't needed, and is a great spot for your safety package!
