Advanced safety package question

So I have a 2015 Sonic LTZ, and it has the back up camera, but not the forward collision warning, or lane departure warning. For $395 dollars, I'm not sure why this wasn't standard. Is it possible to have my dealer add this now? I'd really like to have at least the lane departure warning, just because I think that would a nice feature to have.
