AEM Dryflow With Intake?

I'm prepared to order the DDMworks intake, but I'd be interested in using an AEM dryflow filter on it so I don't need to worry about oiling and hopefully get a bit more particulate protection: AEM Dryflow. Would there be an issue or concern with that configuration?

Is there a clamp-on dryflow size that would even work with this kit, since I see the K&N has a tilt? Sorry, I couldn't locate a part# or size specifications for the K&N. Also, would it be possible to special order this kit with a dryflow or perhaps just without the K&N so I'm not double-dipping?

For what it's worth...I cut off my factory airbox and stuck an AEM dryflow onto my factory intake tubing. It fits quite nicely, and sounds awesome.

Thanks! I saw another thread with a link to a factory air box at like $110, so with filter it's cheaper and I'd still be able to return to stock... Thinking about doing it, but if I can get a nice aftermarket with heat shield the buy in isn't that much higher. Decisions decisions...
