Aftermarket Intakes

Hey everyone I know that there are a bunch of threads out there talking about intakes (DIY's) and whatnot, but i wanted to start a thread that could consolidate all the talk. I.E, pictures, dyno readings, personal experience, anything in general, I'll start it off by saying that I just ordered a Weapon-R Dragon Air Filter, and I have high hopes for it! I'll post pics ASAP!

He just purchase a filter... Not a system... I assume stock pipe with his new filter or such...

Sounds good. He just has the picture with the pipe, filter and hoses. I was a little confused, but it happens.

I purchased just the filter for now, but upon further research you can order a curved pipe that will fit into the area previously taken up by the stock intake pipe, i just have to take out the stock one to see which pipe will fit that area

Looking online, this is a highly rated air filter. Most of the Weapon R products seem to get good reviews. And it looks fantastic. Very interested in results.

I'm running the Injen intake off of the wife's Cruze. Its a tighter squeeze but I like that it is more like the DDM intake design and not the ugly bendy intake that goes over the motor like the new Injen's for the Sonic.

Does the. Long pipe for the sonic help low end?? It looks like it would on a NA engine but idk how ram tuning works on a turbo car (atleast pre compressor, post turbo). Just a though, still don't like it
