so on all these wheels, if you don't buy them, are the TPMS's just small boxes that fit on the wheel or have the valve stem on them (I've never seen one)?

For our car, it's a two piece system. The sensor and a unique rubber valve stem. The sensor screws into the unique valve stem via a torx screw.

Nope. Not on our cars. The computer receives the sensors signal wirelessly. Each sensor has it's own ID.

Has anyone used these Hankooks Ventus V2 concept2 h457? I might try these out which are about $250 less for all for four compared to the Bridgestone serenity plus or the Goodyear triple tread.

a friend with a mazda speed 3 had them for his daily tire and never had a complaint, but that's the closest thing to a review I can give you.

Well I went and bought the ventus V2 concept2 H457. These tires are new models about 3 months out now, the road noise is soo quite and they handle really nice on corners. So far I've put about 200kms and I already see a difference in MPG up but I had winters on before I replaced these so that's why I have a big difference and also those winter tires road noise were so annoying. Now the real test will be this weekend when we get that heavy rain that they are saying.

Only thing I need now are the Chevy center caps which is missing on my 16" LT rims and I am not about to drop $150+ on all 4. Need to find a set cheaper or if someone is selling theirs send me a PM.

Mounted and cleaned at least a little bit finally. Braid Fullrace A 17x7s mounted in 225/45R17 Michelin Pilot Super Sports. I'm shocked at the grip of these tires.

Just put on my Enkei RSF5 wheels. Michelin Pilot Sport tires. Just need to install the lowering springs.
