An introduction...

Hi. I'm Steve. I live in Kennesaw GA and work in the Atlanta area. I wanted to replace my 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis because it was big as a boat & got the same gas milage as a big boat with a fat outboard motor. I almost purchased a Honda Fit, but went and looked at Sonics and bought a black 1.4 hatchback 10 days ago. I love it a lot. I did something stupid when I took it to a highly rated carwash. I'm showing it to a neighbor when I see a 2 inch long deep, perfectly straight scratch on the passenger door about a quarter of an inch below the chrome strip. I took it to the car wash where they tried to buff it out to no avail and of course, I can't prove it was scratched at the car wash. Live and learn I guess! This car will never see another automated car wash!

Welcome aboard, I know how those dings and scratches make you feel. Our traverse was a week old and someone hit the door in the parking lot right over the body line, it is still there.
