Annoying Squeaking

Anyone have an annoying squeak after driving for a while? 1.4t rs. Almost sounds like a faulty tensioner?

Yes, I do. Changed the belt at 30,000 and it helped for a day but then squeaked worse. It's more noticable when ac or defrosters are on.Haven't fixed it yet but my have the dealer do it.
