I just saw these American Racing wheels on eBay. They look pretty sharp and not too pricey. I'm still thinking of sending my OEM 17s' to be Permachromed though.

I've never been a fan of American Racing, and these rims do nothing to change that thought. Those are not for my Sonic, that's for sure!

I just saw on the order guide you can now get ltz. 17" wheels in painted black or white in addition to the original silver. GM Online Order / Reference Guide

There is normally a $395 charge.
On some models, some wheels (such as chrome) can be in the thousands.
I figure it will be $395.

I work at a Chevy Dealer and i just checked with the Parts Mngr. he said that retail for the 17's is around $180 a piece. but he could get them for 140. still way too much.

140 each is a great price for factory 17s, considering that Chevy has to warranty them for the same time period as the car.
