as i previously stated, i overcame the day time running light situation by getting my 12 volts from the constant on on the turn signal lights. then from there it gave the signal to the relay kits and thus the hids work just fine. in doing so we also bypassed having to turn the fog lights on every time you start the car and so they are wired on the same way. so basically when the light sensor says its dark enough the lights automatically come on. you can still use the main headlight switch but this way works just fine for me.
I know this is an HID thread but I have another question still pertaining to lighting. Does anybody know any good reputable companies that make compact LED light bars? Something that can be put on the front bumper or grille. Maybe like 4-8". I don't wanna do a general google search and find some knock off. I want good quality.![]()

I know this is the HID thread but I just placed an order with Amazon for Phillips H9 bulbs for the low beams and the Phillips HIR1 9011 bulbs for the highs. We'll see how they work out.
