Some of us looking for quick, cheap fixes to the stock rims, and plasti-dip is perfect.
I did all my tires for less than $21 and they look great, and will looked even better when I get my blue chrome lugs for them.

Plus you can remove it and have a nice stock wheel again. Can't do that with powder coat.
