Auto Ventshade 322057 Acrylic Large Aeroskin Hood Shield

Bought one on Amazon and installed it today between thunderstorms (hence not the best picture in the world). It was a little bit of a pain to install being that it uses double sided tape... I don't think it looks bad, it looks better than rock chips on the leading edge of the hood.

Damn good idea and good installation, but IMHO it makes the car look like she has a unibrow....

Maybe have it painted body colour? And YAY for orange!

If I had the money I could get it painted, the only issue I would have is it is meant to get beat up and I would be pissed seeing chips in the paint...

Good buy, I got one for mine after 2 chips in the first week (I do alot of highway) and its been a lifesaver! Thankfully my cars black so its not that noticeable.

I agree it looks much better if it is plastidipped or painted to match your cars paint - makes it look like a grill/eye brow spoiler almost.

Hey man I've been debating on getting one of these. Especially since I already have 2chips and damn the bugs, I drive alot just rolled past 7k in 3to4 months. My question is any real difference in deflecting bugs that you can tell if so I'm ordering. Thanks And I dont think it looks that bad on your car I think the clear plastic one would look too cheap but would be less noticeable and the chrome one is horrible IMO

I'll be at 10k next weekend. 3.5 months. Before I left NH, I had 3800 miles in three weeks.

After exactly 2 months, I'm at 6800. Looks like you've got me beat though.

I put one on mine

It was an easy install, and following the directions just as they were written resulted in a great end result. I have they darker grey so I got the smoke. I think it looks good - agree? Pics so others can see how it looks...see my garage...

Man thanks for the pics I was afraid it would look odd but it looks good. Only difference is I have no lisence plate and I have blacked out my bowties
