Automatic volume adjust at startup

So one of the options on my 2014 MyLink is to set the startup volume of the radio. Like most people nowadays, I tend to play it a bit load, but prefer not to shock the speakers on startup, so mine is set to a low "9" when the car starts.

Sometimes. It's intermittent now. Sometimes the volume is reset when starting and more often it comes on at whatever volume I was listening to when shutting off the car.

Anyone else having this problem? Heard of it or a solution?

I did not know this was an option! Sorry I can't help but now I'm gonna have to learn how to use this feature.

mine does it every time all the time. it could be dependent upon what you are using before you shut the car off... like phone or xm or radio or ipod
