Bleeder valves for brakes

Ran into trouble attempting to bleed my brakes today only managed to loosen/tighten 2 of them the other 2 instantly rounded and stripped. Very frustrating after struggling with rear drums and brakes. Are the valves just super cheap. I really didn't want to put nock spray on them due to fear of contaminating brake fluid. 2017 Chevy Sonic turbo.

Never had a problem with mine. I was sure to loosen with the correct size 6 point box end wrench or socket.

I hear you I just used an ordinary open ended 10 mm. Will definitely use a 6 pt from now on
