Blue head/fog lights

So I ordered these blue evo spectra bulbs and I'm kinda pissed about it got em in with no problem or anything but they aren't really blue more like a very crisp white with maybe just a hint of blue anyone got/know where I can get some seriously deep blue lights? Like the ones in the pic below

You might be able to get that color with HID bulbs. You could also consider adding blue tint to the lenses.

That picture you show there, did you actually see that vehicle in person? Cameras often show the cool white of HIDs and LEDs as a deeper blue than actual.

Saw that blue in the parking lot across the street at work a couple weeks ago couldn't find the owner to ask him due to being on my way in that exact pic is just a Google pic tho don't get me wrong I like how bright the bulbs I picked up are just pissed I spent $50 for high/low beams and they more white then the blue I was expecting

The K rating will determine the color. 5k is a true white light, 6k will be light blue, 7k more blue, up to 9k purple.

The problem will be less light output. If looking cool is more important than visibility I guess you could see if they offer a higher k version of your headlight.
