BNR down pipe ?

Anybody use this with no other exhaust mods?i was thinking about getting one but not sure what it will do.i have a tune and a k&n typhoon kit on my car now. Looking to get more turbo noise outside of car without the loud 4cyl sound.

Also will I get a CEL with just a advantage tune? If I go with a cat less down pipe?

only sound difference you'll hear is a slight spool of the turbo in your car. You can hear it slightly from the outside but then again I have a straight pipe second cat so mine sounds a little clearer.

your car is gonna throw a P0420 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1) and some other code.

despite having a tune, you will have this code pop up but if you're like a few people and myself that don't really care, the software allows you to simply turn it off. What you do is simply go into the software while your car is connected like if you're about to tune it, then go down the list to find P0420 and uncheck it. Once unchecked, reflash your tune and boom, goodbye CEL for the downpipe

You will get the spool sound but the exhaust will overall be very quite still.

Can you do this with just the canned tune?? Uncheck codes? Or would I have to upgrade to a different tune

You should be able to uncheck codes with the canned tune from trifecta, and you will see a power increase from the aftermarket down-pipe.

So I will be able to go in and check or uncheck CEL codes with just the advantage tune.when I installed the tune I don't remeber seeing anything that would allow me to do this.i had 2 choices a performance tune or the stock tune I may be missing something on how to do this..

Thanks for the info I was told by BNR that I have to buy the advantage plus to turn off CEL'S .i only bought the advantage tune was just thinking about doing the down pipe and wanted to know if I could turn off the CEL's with what i have
