Hi there. Huge fan of BNR, but I have one request. When submitting any "contact us" submissions through the website (especially if you don't have an account) there seems to be no way of knowing if your request was even made. I've reached out over 2 weeks ago now with no response. I'm being patient in case their ticket system is backed up and honestly, I'm in no rush.
I'd like to request some sort of email confirmation with a reference number. That seems pretty standard on most websites nowadays and is extremely easy to implement development wise.
If I'm missing something, someone please correct me here.
