Boost gauge needle shakes

I put in a boost gauge and it goes crazy when it get around the 0

Not sure, but I think what you are describing is normal. The needle bounces between vacuum and boost even when holding steady speed altho sometimes I can get it to stay on 0 for extended seconds at a time, if I try.
