Traded in my Ford Explorer for the Sonic today!!!!
Ended up with the LT, 1.8 auto, inferno orange hatch, black interior w/ the connectivity package.
LOVE IT
Took it up to the cabin and back (~150 miles) and am in love. Its fun to drive, remarkably quiet, the seats are incredibly comfortable (even compared to my leather 2004 Explorer Limited seats. The dash looks great at night with all the blue, the headlights are super bright, I had a 6' 4" guy in the back seat and he said he's never had that much space in the back seat of a car, the manual mode really lets you do your thing, doesn't force corrections on you, radio and bluetooth are good, styling is great, and so much more. Also, the storage in the front area is nice with the pockets on the side of the radio for phone/sunglasses, plus the indent on top of the radio, storage in front of the shifter, double glove boxes, and decent size door pouches.
To sum up that incredible run-on sentence, that car is great.
I really couldn't be more pleased at this point! If I had to pick one thing that peeves me, it would be that the day time running lamps symbol is ALWAYS on in the tach area. Not a huge deal but detracts a little from the sleekness. Do you really need an indicator for something that's always on?
Feel free to ask any questions. I'll post pics when I have time.
