Brake fluid/oil questions

Hi, I am wondering how often I should change the brake oil for sonic? (time/ millage). How do I tell the brake oil need to be changed? I recently feel weird about my car brake. I am living in place with some hills. Recently, if I drive uphill road and when I switch my foot from gas to brake, I feel my car is slipping down during the switching. The hill angle is about 30 - 40 degree. I didn't have this feeling before? Is it because my brake problem or my tires is too old (losing the friction)?

How much it will cost if I change the brake oil ?

Can't be just the fluid, but most manufacturers recommend changing brake fluid every 2-3 years anyway.

Check your actual brake parts and tires, they are more of an issue than old dirty fluid.
