Brand New Engine/Trans Mounts and HARDLY Any Vibrations

Edit: also, if these improve shifter feel, what do the ddm shifter bushings do? Does anyone have the shifter bushings and these mounts?

I don't have any of the TTR mounts but i would assume the TTR pieces give you a more connected feeling to ground vs. The shifter bushings which gives you a solid kinetic feeling to the trans. It really firms up the shifts and makes it all solid rather than feeling like pulling a pencil through ice cream

The mounts made a more dramatic difference. The bushings, as stated, firm up your shifter. The mounts firm up everything else.

Any chance that there will be a replacement upper trans mount? If Im going to save up to upgrade my mounts, I might as well do all three. The lower mount looks like it functions like the lower dog bone mount on a J-body (control rocking motion).

Possibly... Right now there is barely any movement left, and barely any vibs. What we don't want is to add another mount. Not reduce much more movement and add vibs. We will have to see. Just don't see to much gain left.

If we get a lot of members with both and want the 3rd, after they get the first two we will look into it.

There are two mounts on the trans as far as I can tell. On on the lower back and on on the top by the frame rail.
