buzzing sound

Hi everyone!
This is my first time posting and I couldn't find anyone with this topic. I got my LTZ turbo in manual two weeks ago. I went to take my car in because I heard some sort of liquid moving about (there is a post about this, they couldn't find anything wrong with it). Anyway.... they said there was a recall on something and it just posted to them the day before (I don't remember the exact recall when I go home I will post a picture of the paper they gave me) it has something to do with the mylink power (there is a post about this too).
Well today after I drove to work I turned off my car and I heard a buzzing/whirling down electrical sound that I never heard before or maybe just never noticed before. The sound was not coming from the driver side area but from the passenger side. I turned on my car to see if it was just when I turned it off and the same sound happened. So it happens when I turn it on and when I turn it off. I did this a couple of times and it happened every time! I don't know if this is normal and I just never heard it bc of the radio (turning off) and the beeping (turning on). Help?

Liquid moving is normal. Haven't heard of the buzzing issue.

A electric buzzing sound ? Brake boosters don't have a electric motor in them well atleast none I've seen and I've replaced 5-10 in my day

It happens when you're stopped too. It happens to me too. It wouldn't make sense to be anything else.

Yea in the Sonics that is the brake booster. Because everything is electric in these cars, from the power steering to the throttle to the brakes to keep form working these tiny engines too hard hydraulically.

My car does it too.

KI just started my car and gave got the rpms to about 1200 and heard what sounds like water draining from a storm drain

That's odd.

Actually, if I can think of the sound correctly, no it's not. It's coming from the passenger footwell ish, right? That's normal. I'd make a video but you wouldn't be able to hear it over my exhaust.

It just sounded like it was coming from the dash, yeah it was weird, it's gotta be the anti freeze running through the heater lines
