To remove users from QuickBooks Enterprise, you must be logged in as the administrator. Follow these steps:- Open QuickBooks Enterprise.
- Log in using the Admin credentials.
Step 2: Open the QuickBooks Messenger
QuickBooks Enterprise includes a built-in tool called QuickBooks Messenger that allows you to communicate with other users and log them off if needed.- Click on Company from the menu bar.
- Select Chat with a Coworker to open QuickBooks Messenger.
- If you don’t see this option, ensure you are in multi-user mode. You can switch by going to File > Switch to Multi-User Mode.
Step 3: Log Off Users

- Open your browser and go to QuickBooks Online.

- Click on Accounting from the left-hand menu.
- Select Reconcile.

- Click on History by Account to view past reconciliations.
