the "can't slow down with the load, then you offed" is a normal concern when hauling a trailer. regardless of the unit doing the hauling ... when I have my racecar on the tow dolly behind my F150, I'm VERY aware of my increased stopping distance requirements, and do my dangliest to prepare for them
