Did you put in the subject line car undriveable or emergency! fix your ****!?

BNR has a "priority check box" so if you have a serious problem you select "important" or "urgent" (idr the specifics) and they will expedite the process.....
Most of the other vendors or sources will give you the same results if you put "urgent, drivability issue" or similar response in the email subject line..
Note I know for a fact that BNR had (and maybe still has) a dead end line of contact that yields no results... Went thru it myself a few months ago myself, I contacted Eric or someone on the forum thinking I'd done the submiting process wrong........ Got BNRs online ticket form and viola, few days later I'm all set.
