I've been a Chevy diehard for many years. Had other vehicles over the years but had issues and never satisfied with them. I had one model Chevy I did not like and didn't keep long. Love the Equinox but my old one didn't have good gas mileage so I traded for a used HHR but hated it. Life circumstances changed and I couldn't afford a new Equinox so got a 2014 Chevy Sonic and love it. It's served me well with minimal service charges.
Also a Chevy fan here, currently driving a 2013 Sonic and 1988 Suburban. Love them both. I had one cooling system repair and recently some sway rod and control arm wear outs, we have some really rough roads here so understandable with ball joints, etc.
I commute 125 miles/day and alternate between vehicles, hope to retire in a few years and these need to last.
Just replaced plugs on Sonic at 173,000. I did notice a bit improved performance but old plugs were super clean. I bought mine new and Wife also drives it.
My favorite GM product was the 1960 GMC 1/2 ton PU I purchased in 1982. I ran it for two years and kick myself for selling it, it was so cool! Keeping the Suburban for that reason.
