Circulating problems

Have no circulation new thermostat new pump new hoses had oil in 3 cylinder ports and looks like drivers side of cams have thick burnt buildup and discoloration showed no symptoms of the usual suspects is this salvageable with out full tear down

I think further internal inspection is needed. So, yes, tear down likely. How many miles on the engine?
