Clicking/Knocking When Turning Under Accelleration

I swear I’ve searched relentlessly for this.

My sonic has been making a clicking/ticking/fast tocking noise from the engine area when I start up from a stop AND am turning the wheel near full lock. Happens all the time and the clicking/clunking rate is directly affected by said accelleration speed. Faster accel, faster the click/ticks.

Any ideas?

Do you have bigger injectors? I have the 42# injectors and they are noisy. You can hear them from the cabin for sure.

Pretty sure thats going to be your CV axles. I just replaced both sides on mine. Neither axle had any tears on the outer boots, but they must have been worn out for some time. Replcacement was fairly straightforward and the axles are about $70 each. Hope this information helps!
