Clicking noise

Eibach's, ZZP rear bar, BNR front bar, Billet end links, 17x8 235/45. 2013 RS 6spd.

It's very inconsistent. Sometimes it's hard to hear, other times it's obvious. It seems as though it gets worse the more I drive. After letting it sit overnight I never hear it when I first get in and drive in the morning. Takes a couple miles for it to occur.

It's not a clank or a creak (even though I posted my issue in that thread about a week ago...no responses). It's a clicking sound that eventually gets worse enough to hear when I rock the car from the drivers seat. It's not necessarily loud but it's definitely there and it seems to be coming from the front some where (maybe).

What could it be? Could someone give me a check list of things to inspect to find the cause?

strut tower bolts
end link tightness of bolts
look for any evidence of "shiny" metal being exposed by the noise... something that's rubbed and doesn't have the normal road dirt covering it... (that's how I found the swaybar on my Ford Contour was over to the right too much)

Definitely check the end link nuts. That's what my issue was.

Thanks I'll look into those. It does not make the noise over every bump. Only certain bumps, if that makes sense. The bumps that cause the car to roll side to side opposed to only bouncing up and down. I can literally create the noise with my body weight by rocking it when it's at it's worse. Other times, when I haven't been driving it, I hear nothing. So to me it sounds more like the end links opposed to the strut tower?

Update.

Got things tightened up at the shop. End links are fine. Sway bar is fine. But I'm still hearing it and I hear it all the time now opposed to only after a lot of driving. My mechanic is stumped and has a suspicion that it's the exhaust coming in contact with something.

I have the anaconda with ZZP RS catback. Has anyone had issues with contact using these parts?

I know for certain that it is not brake dependent. I hear it most clearly rolling slowly (10 mph) over bumps but my car isn't necessarily quiet so the sound of the engine could be drowning out the noise in every other situation. It's not loud but it is extremely annoying. Taking it back to the shop tomorrow to get the exhaust looked at.

Update.

End links are indeed the issue, however, not in an expected way. They are too long. I have the ZZP billet end links and they are causing my BNR front sway bar to come in contact with the sub frame. End links will be modified in order for the sway bar to rotate slightly and clear the sub frame and, hopefully, eliminate the sound.

Car is back to the shop for the end links to be shortened.
