I noticed the so called "coffin" last night and have to be honest, it doesn't look like anything to me.


As for the interior reflecting off of the windshield I learned not to use glossy crap like armorall inside for this reason years ago, the first month I started driving to be exact. I've never had a problem with seeing fine out of my windshield, but at the same time I've never polished the inside of the car.

The only thing I've found armorall actually good for is to stop fan belts from squealing.

Still havent seen the reflection, rest assure that I will be looking for it now!

As some said already, don't make it super shiny I guess?

That's just my crappy phone. My dash is actually black. The reflection is fairly faint and doesn't really bother me. It was just something I noticed and kind of got a kick out of.

I have no idea about how to do this but I am sure it is possible if you can get it opened up and know about wiring up LEDs.

I just got my Sonic and put on 150 Miles. I am loving everything about it, but the reflection is driving me crazy. It was a nice sunny day today, and driving into the sun I could see the dash so clearly in the reflection I have to find a solution. Can you tell me what you are using for a dash cover?

I don't know if it's because it's new, and if there's something I can spray on it, but I don't really want to put a cover on it if I don't have to.

I did find these;

Is that what you used? And did it work well? Did it look OK?

I was gonna do R2-A6 because of the green. But he's from Phantom Menace, and let's face it. It's the worst of the 3 "newer" films, and that bothers me.

That film was god-awful, bloody-unbearably bad. And I feel uniquely qualified to say it as I actually worked on that turd.
