I've been reading about sway bar links because I will have to replace mine. I've seen discussions about Moog models K80252 and K750630. Is there a difference between these and is one better than the other?

Unless I am mistaken there are two different lengths. The longer ones are recommended for stock ride height, while the shorter ones are recommended if you are lowered.

Yeah one goes to the Cobalt SS and the other is the stock length but the part for the Cruze.

I'm glad the links are only on the front wheels. My old Hyundai had them on all 4.

I run a 2013 Sonic LT sedan and replaced my stock end links after hearing some loud noises any time I would go near bumps.
I replaced mine with the Moog K750630 Stabilizer Bar Link Kit that I ended up buying directly from Moog and i have been very happy with that choice.
Enjoy a quieter more confident drive.

Are the stabilizer bar links the parts that are oem plastic, but moog is metal?

Yes. And some metal ones have zero fittings as well. I believe MOOG has zerks
