What if I topped off Dex-Cool with DefendAl Global Auto Extended Coolant by only an inch in the reservoir? It's a 50/50 mix that advertises compatibility with "all makes and models". Car still drives 10 days and almost 1,000 miles later (I'm an Uber driver) and there aren't any pending check engine codes when I had it checked prior to posting this. Bought it at Maverik because AutoZone was closed when I saw the reservoir was an inch low.
