Custom graphics job, should I remove it?

Greetings everybody. I just bought my new sonic last night. The dealership did a custom graphics job and added custom black chevy wheels to the car. It has a red/black 2 tone interior with custom upholstery. They had an absurd markup on the car and it wasn't moving, and they gave me a killer deal to get it off the lot. My question...do you guys think I should remove the graphics or keep them? They are quite intricate and done really well, but I'm they are also fairly bright and wild looking. What say you?

I think it looks pretty sweet, I probably would leave it, but I can definitely see how it might be overbearing for some people. Could you put up a picture of the custom interior? It sounds sweet

Sure, I'll try and get a photo today. I got a free voucher from the dealer to have the graphics removed, so I'm totally undecided at the moment. On another plus side the graphics will protect the paint...

Surprisingly, I quite like it. I usually don't like graphics on cars.

Yeah, it's kinda growing on me. Somebody definitely put alot of time and work into the install. I think the car is begging to be lowered. It will be my daily driver and I live in a very hilly part of PA, so I'm on the fence about eibach springs, but I think it would look 100% better with a slight drop.

I normally don't dig graphics but those are done well, and I daresay the car would look plain without it.

On another note, do the springs!

Is that the Sonic from Day Chevrolet; I noticed that it's gone from their lot?
I looked at the car and liked it; they tried to make me a good offer as well, since it wasn't moving but I was looking for the 1.4L w/automatic.

Indeed it is. I walked onto the lot knowing I wanted a sonic hatch with the turbo and 6 speed. It was the only one on the lot. They also had the option of getting one from another lot (closest lot was in New York!), but in the end the deal on this one was too good to pass up.

The graphics and the wheels are official GM accessories. kinda sorta custom...

Thanks for the link. That's interesting to know....nobody at the dealer could give me any details on the graphics since the dealership is under new ownership. The fabric on the seats also has red/black patterning. I didn't see this option on the "build a sonic" webpage and was wondering who did this as well.

it's not the standard "brick" interior option (available on LTs without leather)?

I like the graphics and I'm not one for stickers on a vehicle. We need a poll! I vote to Keep

hmmm...FAQ on the site says the graphics only last 3-5 years...enjoy while you can, they're coming off eventually...

I havent myself come across any graphic that looks right on the side of these sonics but i have to say that design looks just right on that hatchback. Its different and not too many have it so if i was you. just keep it and rock it out. be one of a kind. If they start fading down the road, then take them off and rock it however you would like it to be. but for now, since someone went out of their way to get this sonic to look this nice, i would keep them on there. Its not a bad look at all really. and im not a hatchback person.

But if you are thinking of lowering my vote would be to keep 'em.

I admit I like the "Sonic" on the side panels.
