I just bought a '15 LT 1.4 Auto. It serves two purposes. It's my commuter (15 miles each way on back roads) and my everyday car. And it will be flat towed behind our Class A motor home.

Because flat towed "dinghies" sometimes have transmission issues we went with a 7 year - 70,000 mile warranty. I don't want to screw with that.

However, a tune and some better tires are coming sometime in the future. I will be calling you for sure when I'm ready for the tune.

Does your tune offer any extra power compared to Trifecta's? Also if I get the inTune and check the box for custom BNR tuning, would the options for say the economy mode still be available?

I can't answer your first question but maybe jerry can. As far as the in tune goes, you will have the tunes that come with your Intune from Diablo sport, plus the bnr tune. You can choose between any of them. As far as economy, you will see better economy on the performance tunes (if you can keep your foot out of it).

I probably wouldn't be able too lol, it's kinda that way with the Trifecta Tune, but my issue now with it Trifecta is the fact of the guessing it does if I want the power or not and 80% of the time it does opposite of what I am wanting it too.

I can't speak for auto trans but mine isn't jumpy like I've heard about the trifecta. It drives close to stock until you put your foot down.

I just installed my BNR tune today. I have an automatic and Jerry made it scream. I had the Diablo 93 tune running for about a day and had my fun with it, but it is definitely worth going with the BNR tune for the extra power. The difference between the Diablo tune and BNR's tune is night and day. This thing actually throws me back in the seat now and the power between shifts has increased enormously.

The overall gas mileage of the BNR tune is great so far. I will post updates as I do more daily driving, but so far it seems to be mid 40's, which is great since I was averaging between 33-37 before.

I'm curious what your advice would be for a fuel economy tune for a 1.4L 6M that regularly commutes at 80mph @ 4500ft elevation. Currently getting around 34mpg. We plan to keep the car for a long time, so a tune that gains a few mpg might be able to pay for itself plus some.

Our Diablo tunes are probably somewhere in the area of +40HP +60TQ or so. The Diablo handheld can hold a few tunes so if you wanted a strictly economy tune I could deliver one. I haven't tried it yet with Diablo's software but I have done a few with EFILive and HPTuners. I have not been to the dyno with a Diablo tune on my car yet. I may do that this summer, even though it will be super hot and humid.

Would you feel confident that mpg with cruise set at 80 would be improved with a tune? Ballpark improvement on regular gas? It's my wife's commuter car, and she pretty much just hops on the interstate and sets the cruise the whole way (about 30 miles each way, 80 speed limit, light traffic).

I have the Diablo tuner installed in my car im using the MPG tune right now. Ive only put about 200 miles on it. But i can say my mileage looks to be going up, before the tune i was getting 36.2-37.7ish on the dash right now it shows 39.2 and that had 4 or 5 hard pulls just to see how everything felt on the tune. So with just that i would say it helps but ill know more after a few fill-ups.

this 93 octane you speak of ,,, its sounds delightful hahaha,, Here IN San Francisco it goes 87 89 91 so will running the 93 tune on 91 octane harm the car in some way? or will it just not perform to peak specs
