Different leak problem

I have read through the existing threads on leaking issues and none of them address MY leak lol. I am going to be checking the sunroof drains once it’s back down from getting a new transmission but wanted to see if any of you had this happen. It is leaking from up high. Not windshield. I thought maybe it was from the driver side door ( the weather stripping has some damage but no missing pieces) but now it is coming in on the rear passenger side pillar as well. I can’t figure this out.

If you open your sunroof there is a drain hole in each of the four corners. The two front ones go down the A pillar and the two rear ones go down your B pillar. The get clogged with debris and you just really need to clean it out with compressed air and make sure the water can flow out. If no it puddles until there’s no more space for water and will start leaking on you. I also had this issue on my Cherokee but on that car the little plastic nipples that the drain hose connects to was broken.

Ok. I will check it this afternoon. Really Hoping that’s the issue.

Got the car back. Confirmed the drains are clogged. It’s about halfway down on both sides. I tried running a hard filament through it didn’t break free. Tried some plastic cord as well. At a loss. See the pic for about where it is. There is a lot I don’t know.
