Door Chrome Gone

I finally got my white vinyl and i covered the chrome on top of the doors.

yes I was not a fan of the chrome after i tinted my windows.

I have my chevy logos in white so it complements it well. I am thinking about getting my rims powered coated in white also.

Eric, plasti-dip is easy to do and will black it out in no time and will cost a lot less than replacing the strips. You know you want to do it!

I do thoroughly enjoy plastidip, but I'm trying to figure out how to apply vinyl. I'm awful at it. ;P

I wanted to use vinyl on the grill chrome, but some practice attempts on the corners proved to be a major pain in the ass. And I was even using a heat gun to make it more plyable. This morning I decided to take the plastic dip approach and I guess it looks ok. I'd rather have the OEM blackout trim that was available to order, though. And I'm sure it's way overprice.
