Downpipe / Exhaust question

I have never seen a Turbocharged vehicle that didn't pick up considerable gains with a downpipe/exhaust. Think about how a turbocharger works and it makes sense. Actually if you use a boost gauge your PSI will go down after installing a downpipe/exhaust due to lower EGTs, which is good for power and longevity.

Generally what I have seen on turbos that I have owned you may not free up a ton of peak HP over stock with a tune...but you usually pick up more usable power band. Glad you laughed sometimes people take my comments too seriously.
