I used to average 34-36 mpg in my cobalt when I first got it. Go-Mart was the last holdout of ethanol free gas in WV until Aug 2009. Now I average 31-33 mpg. I actually rolled into home at 37.1 on the DIC in the cobalt on the old ethanol free gas. Now that being said, that 41 mpg I got to Myrtle and back was with E10. But that was a lot of 55 mph and cruise control.

BTW, cars without sensors for ethanol actually wind up running slightly lean with E10 (because stoic for E10 is not 14.7:1).
