It would have to be a weekday and i would need it all day. Like 15-20 hrs of glass work to get molds pulled off. If you wanna make the trip you guys can get flares for a discounted rate. Id appreciate the time. The rs cars have a different landing on the bumper qnd on the skirt. Thats the biggest killer of the flares.

But in all seriousess i would be putting at least 3 gallons or more on the car and it would be an all day project to pull 4 molds.

It would be about 2 foot under the car and it would use 2 existing bolts and 2 existing clips. There would need to be 2 bolts added by the buyer hidden in the spare tire well.

Okay guys...there seems to be some decent excitement around fiberglass components. Im gonna start by designing all of them completely.

I will do a tuft test for the tail of the hatch and see how the stock air pattern is vs my diffuser. This can be beneficial for sport and eco at the same time. I will play with the design until i think its making a positive effect on the car.

As for the flares. I may have an rs soon to mold flares from. The standard flare will be around the same time. I want to hold off for a few weeks so i can buy a handful of materials and actually get down to business with these parts. I will update this thread when i get something built.

had another idea, but not sure.

Since our rear bumper isn't fiberglass, how could we put another indention for a tailpipe, but on the opposite side, so we could get dual pipes?

First thing to do is find a smaller gas tank so the exhaust pipe will not need to go under the gas tank.
