Can anyone confirm the size for the OEM fog light bulbs? I can't find it anywhere but saw that on most other Chevys use H11s but just wanna be sure.

I too have been trying to find out the size. Here's what I DO know.
The Factory part number for the replacement EOM fog light bulb is: 13500802
I also believe upon research that this is the same fog light bulb used in the 2011 Chevy Cruze. If that's the case, that bulb number [although I'm not 100% sure] should be the equivalent of an "H8".
I want to replace my stock fog light bulb with the NOKYA HYPER YELLOW:
HYPER YELLOW HEADLIGHT BULBS - STAGE 1
If you have to drive in really bad inclement weather at night, these yellow bulbs are for you! I've had them on other cars and when used with your normal low beams, these are amazing! They cut through the fog/rain/snow at night and that yellow light shows the road so much better than the "white" or "blue/white" headlights!
I won't use any other fog light bulb!

Another fun example is changing the battery on a mid 1990's Viper. It's in the left rear quater panel. You have to remove the LR wheel/tire and the inner wheelhouse trim to get it out.
After just trading in a HHR for a Sonic, I can confirm that the front headlight/signal ligth replacement was a pain in the arse and even more so when it was -30C and the HHR was full of frozen mud and snow - pulling back the inner fender liner was not my idea of fun at any time and especially so in the winter. Changing the oil filer on a HHR was stupid too because of the special socket that was required and the battery was located in the rear behind the spare tire which had to be removed to remove the battery.Sounds like its the same thing they did with the HHR's... From what I've heard bulb replacement on those also requires taking out the wheel liner. Not too uncommon anymore probably for NVH and reliability reasons.
One point to mention when installing the OEM fog lights is that it will require dealer program if you decide to install them yourself.
Currently my local dealer is working on figuring out what that code is in order to complete the install. I have them mounted but the computer doesnt recognize them. Trouble ticket for the programming code sent in to GM last week still waiting.
