I want to put a turbo in my sonic. Is there any aftermarket forced induction parts for these cars?

Based on your question, I'm guessing you have the 1.8. There's nothing yet in the way of a turbo for the 1.8. Doubt there will be much though since one of the engines in the Sonic is turbocharged. Most of the stuff currently available and in development is for the 1.4 turbo engine.
I'm sorry, but it made NO sense whatsoever to buy a 1.8 Sonic if you had ANY thought that you might want a turbocharged model, when for $700 more you could have ordered or bought a 1.4
And just like in the Subaru world, it winds up costing FAR more to turbocharge an N/A model, usually with lesser performance results than if you had spent the money and bought a turbocharged model in the first place. Not to mention the fact that you will more than likely be voiding your powertrain warranty the second you put any aftermarket turbo kit on your car.
Your best bet is to sell your 1.8 and buy a 1.4, unless you have money to burn, which is probably not the case, because you probably would have bought a different car if so.

Agreed, the $700 was well worth it. Sell it, buy the 1.4.
I'm sure a turbocharged 1.8 could be done. But ask yourself "why would I do it, when for $795 more I could get a 1.4 from the factory?" The .4 liter difference isn't going to make that much of a difference in performance, and you are going to have to be running such a low psi because of the 1.8's internals that there will be little to no gain over a 1.4 anyways. Plus, getting a 1.4 tuned would negate any difference. All this while having no powertrain warranty. At that point, was it really worth it? I guess if you want to be able to brag about being crazy enough to do it and having the money to burn to do it.
